Document Recovery

If FileSphere is installed, you can recover documents by running the Document Recovery Wizard, which allows you to copy your documents from FileSphere storage to a specified location on your computer.

Click Start then Programs, point to FileSphere Professional 2006 and click Document Recovery Wizard

Follow the wizard steps to recover your documents

Alternatively, if you have previously uninstalled FileSphere but chosen to keep your documents for recovering later, you will need to run the setup application, follow the steps to 
install FileSphere and then run the Auto Recovery Wizard.

During the installation you must select Yes when the message is displayed: “Recoverable documents from the previous installation have been detected. Do you want to recover them?”

  If you re-install FileSphere, after having selected to keep your documents, FileSphere 
will retain the documents exactly as they were in the original installation
