You can work with FileSphere documents in the Windows Explorer view or directly through their associated  application when FileSphere is integrated (Microsoft Word, Excel  and PowerPoint,  Open Office 2.0 Writer, Impress, and Draw; Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional).  

Using the  Windows Explorer interface,  you can classify, retrieve, open, delete and add FileSphere documents. FileSphere functionality is provided through the FileSphere toolbar  and FileSphere space and folder menus.

When working with documents in applications where FileSphere is integrated you can access FileSphere functionality from within these applications using FileSphere toolbar  or FileSphere menu options.
