Toolbar

The following buttons are displayed on the Windows^® Explorer toolbar. The space that you have selected determines which buttons are active.

Toggles the History pane on and off

Displays the Quick Search Bar, the search results pane and a link to Advanced Search

Retrieval Bar - toggles the Retrieval Bar on and off

Ghost Folders - toggles the display of Ghost Folders on and off (off by default.

Creates a New Folder for the currently selected View By property
q - Down arrow displays menu for choosing a property to create a new Folder with.

Toggles the display of Unclassified documents on and off. 
When no View By property is selected, all documents are unclassified for the current view. Clicking this button will turn the display of all documents on and off.

Displays the Open dialog box for browsing and selecting Add Documents - documents to add to FileSphere

View By icon - toggles View By on and off for the most recently selected property
q - Down arrow displays menu for  choosing a property to create View Folders with
