Adding new or existing documents
from within integrated desktop applications
Open or create the document as you would normally
Click the Save
button on the or select
Save from the
The Save As
dialog box is displayed with a regular Browse pane and a FileSphere Properties
pane, which can be minimised / maximised by using the arrow buttons between the panes
Select a document space
Document Space (you can click the FileSphere icon on the left side to display available document
spaces)
Optionally
add classification: Type values against properties in the
Properties pane
Type in a File name for the
document (or accept the default shown) and click the Save button
A FileSphere
dialog box is displayed informing you that the document will be closed
& re-opened in order to save it
Click OK
to continue.
