Save a PDF from any application directly into FileSphere

If you have the optional FileSphere PDF Add-in installed, a FileSphere PDF Creator option is included in your printers list and you can simultaneously create and add a PDF file of any type of file to FileSphere.

With the document open, select Print from the application's File menu and then select FileSphere PDF Creator from the printer list or in Microsoft® Word, Excel or PowerPoint®, click the Export to PDF button.

In the Save As dialog box select the Document Space where you want to save the PDF.

Optionally add classification: Type values against properties in the Properties pane or in the Browse pane, create a View/ Ghost Folder hierarchy and open the lowest level folder.

Type in a File name for the document (or accept the default shown), making sure not to overwrite the .pdf extension, and click the Save button

The document will be saved as a PDF file in the selected Document Space
