FileSphere offers you different ways of retrieving documents so that you can choose the one that best suits the way in which you work:

Using the Retrieval bar to drill down through selected View Folders

Using View By to create View Folders and filter documents

Using FileSphere Search
 

You can use any of the above regardless of whether you are in a Microsoft^® Word, Excel or PowerPoint^® Open dialog box; an Adobe^® Acrobat^® 7.0 Professional  Open dialog box or in the Windows^® Explorer view of FileSphere.
