Out Tray

The Out Tray is a space found in My Workspace and it holds documents that you have sent to a Network Peer (FileSphere user on your network).

When a you send a document to a Network Peer an Alert is displayed in the bottom right of your desktop.

A FileSphere icon also appears in the System Tray ( on the right of the Windows Taskbar), which you can click on to link directly to the Out Tray

The Out Tray is for notification only, once the recipient opens the document, or Returns it, it is removed from the Out Tray. 

You can Cancel documents sent providing the recipient has not opened the document.

The Out Tray has a History  pane, which shows details of documents you have sent previously. It can be toggled on and off using the History button on toolbar.
