In Tray

The In Tray is a space found in My Workspace and it holds documents that have been sent to you by other FileSphere users on your network (Network Peers) .

When a new document arrives in the In Tray an Alert is displayed in the bottom right of your desktop.

A FileSphere icon also appears in the System Tray (on the right of the Windows Taskbar), which you can click on to link directly to the In Tray

The In Tray is for notification only, once you open a document from the In Tray, its link is moved to My Workspace. 

You can also Reject documents before they are opened to return them to their Document Space.

The In Tray has a History  pane, which displays links to documents you have received previously. It can be toggled on and off using the History button on the toolbar.
