View By

View By is an option in Windows^® Explorer  and in the Open and Save dialog boxes of Microsoft^® Office applications. It is the action that you take to create and dissolve View Folders of documents. 

The View By option, which is available as a toolbar button and on the right click menu, allows you to select a property and create View/ Ghost Folders in a Document Space, Network Peer, Templates, Shredder or other View/Ghost Folders.
