Document icons

A FileSphere document is a file of any type that is stored in (registered with) FileSphere. Document icons represent links to these documents in their central storage location.

All FileSphere documents on your computer can be viewed in the Document Space.

Conventional document icons are used, which are dependent on their associated application (or Type).

FileSphere annotates document icons and colour codes their associated text to indicate: when multiple versions are available; document status - checked in or out; if the document has been Finalized (published); or if the document is pending classification.

An additional feature of all FileSphere documents, is the document Properties (accessed via document right click menu), with tabs for General, History, Versions, Security, Auditing and FileSphere classification property settings.
