Consulting
Pre-Implementation Consultancy
This service is designed to prepare the client environment – establishing system hardware, software and network connectivity requirements. Meetings are also scheduled with the client to determine business needs and understand workflow and classification requirements. From this it is determined if a new schema needs to be designed for the organization.

Implementation Consultancy
Upon implementation FileSphere personnel work together with the client to install and configure FileSphere. Administration personnel are provided with a walk through of the system and are supplied with the knowledge required to maintain and upgrade the system.

Post Implementation Consultancy
A review of FileSphere is performed after initial implementation, to identify any areas that require fine tuning and make the necessary changes. Results of the review are recorded in a report and provided to the client.

Technical support for user and technical enquiries is available to FileSphere customers and is charged on a per incident basis.

Maintenance
FileSphere offers ongoing maintenance services for client solutions. This includes bug-fixes and patches introduced to rectify problems or faults with existing functionality. Software maintenance must be purchased with server licenses. The current software maintenance rate of 18% of total software license cost, per annum. This entitles the licensor to all:

Training

Self Training
FileSphere includes a browser based introduction and quick tour, self-paced training exercise documentation and online help.

Professional Training
FileSphere's training program is an optional service designed to provide comprehensive support for the implementation of FileSphere. Training can be classroom based or tailored to meet your organisation's needs on a one-on-one basis in the office environment. All course materials are included. A train-the-trainer course is also available to equip your own staff to deliver FileSphere training within your organisation. Basic FileSphere training in the office environment can be delivered in half a day to a day depending on user numbers and requirements Please contact our sales team for further information.
